What Is Heart For The House?

Heart for the House is our annual miracle offering that fuels the future of what God is doing through Elan Church here in Chicagoland. 

On Sunday, June 7, we’ll come together to give toward God’s House—an offering that will help make the purchase & buildout of our future building possible! 

Jesus isn’t building His Church on the gifts of a few but on the faithfulness of many. As we give sacrificially, this year’s offering will echo through generations. Together, we’re not just building a church—we’re leaving a legacy.

2026 Heart For The House

Elan Church has been in our current leased space for 1.5 years— while we’re grateful for all God has done here, we’re quickly outgrowing our current space. With 1.5 years left on our 3-year lease, we’re preparing for what’s next.

Whether it's the purchase of a permanent facility or leasing a larger space, we know it will require a significant kingdom investment—for the down payment and/or buildout. That’s where Heart For The House comes in. 

The generosity of this offering will directly shape the type of space we’re able to move into next. We believe God is leading us into a new season of growth, and we’re preparing today for the doors God is opening.

100% of this year’s Heart For The House offering will be saved and stewarded toward a future church home—including a down payment on a purchase or lease buildout. 

Now through May 31, 2027, with a special offering on June 7 (Heart For The House Sunday). 

A permanent space allows us to: 

  • Create a consistent place for people to encounter Jesus
  • Expand ministry to kids, youth, and families
  • Increase our ability to serve the local community
  • Build a long-term base for discipleship and multiplication
