Role Summary
The Kids Coordinator leads Elan Kids to be a Holy Spirit-led, Bible-immersed, safe, and fun environment for children every Sunday. This role focuses on preparing spaces, equipping volunteers, and partnering with families so kids can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. Through intentional leadership and Spirit-led creativity, the Kids Coordinator ensures Elan Kids is a place where children love to be and where their relationship with God can flourish.

- Arrive early to prepare classrooms, supplies, and check-in systems, resolving issues quickly
- Equip volunteers through clear schedules, instructions, and huddles
- Ensure safe, clean, and distraction-free environments for all age groups

- Communicate clearly and often to build trust and create a joyful, servant-hearted culture

- Parents feel confident dropping off their kids and are kept informed about what their children are learning

- Prepare and organize weekly curriculum in advance with engaging, Christ-centered activities
- Communicate regularly with parents through simple updates and personal connection
- Track attendance and follow up with new families to build trust and relationships
